strange things.

Learning the truth isn't always easy. The part I'm having trouble with is not having anyone to blame for the way I feel. I keep thinking that if somebody was responsible, it would be easier to cope with, although I know that it wouldn't change anything.
I'm mad at myself for being naive and I'm frustrated with the sudden changes that have been thrown at me. I'm coming to terms that I need to let it go, but it's much harder than I ever imagined.  Things will never be the same, and that is incredibly hard for me accept.

my new adventure

I finally moved!! After months of looking, I found the perfect place to live in SLC.

I have four roommates who are all so nice and fun to be around.  There are two girls from China, one from Norway and the other is from Vermont.  I am by far the lamest one here, but I must admit it is a big step for me even moving cities ha.  I have my own room that is mustard yellow, not my favorite but we'll see if I can paint it later.

Lucy is adjusting slowly to the change but I think the worst is over.  As hard as it was for me to leave home, I think it is the best thing for me.  Hopefully I can meet new people and put myself out in the world.  Wish me luck on my not so adventurous adventure!!

Guess who has one patient on a night shift?  This bitch.
I haven't blogged in forever which I'm sure the universe is thankful for.  I wish I had a bunch of life changing events to tell you about, but unfortunately I am as boring as ever.  Still living at home.  Still working at Primary's (for my 1 year anniversary I got a clock. BOOYAH!). Still have no social life. Still don't like tomatoes. Still belting Whitney Houston at the top of my lungs. And I still have all of my limbs.

So that about covers it. Here's a few highlights of the last couple months:

Disneyland with the family.  Mae and Lydia were so fun!!
My father told me to make a profile on match.com
I got a tattoo.
I may have found a place to live....fingers crossed.
People at work request the lazy eye. I'm pretty popular.
Some lady backed up into my car and drove off.  -$1000. not great

So ya, my life be like ooh aahhh.

I only blog when I am at work with nothing to do, and for that I am sorry.  I'm sitting here at Riverton watching the Jazz game wishing I had a book to read or something to entertain me while we have no patients.  I can't post any pictures so this will be nothing special, you can stop reading whenever.

I'm 21 finally!! I had a pretty low key birthday which was perfect.  Mae slept over the night before and we watched The Avengers before bed.  This girl knows more about superheroes than most teenage boys.  My favorite thing she said was, "Tasha, do you see that?! It's a portable dimension and you'll never guess who will come out of it...LOKI!!"   She cracks me up.  My birthday morning Mae came down and woke me up with a drawing of me and her with all the Avengers and told me to come upstairs for my party.  When I got upstairs there were balloons and posters everywhere.  Mae and my parents jumped up and yelled, "surprise!!" It was so cute.

I'll post pictures later.

#lyfe

4am posts are the best so get ready for greatness. It's practically October which means its practically November which means its practically my birthday which means I'm practically 21. Throw your hands in the ayerrr!! I'm not excited for the normal reasons of getting plastered, high, and pregnant, but I won't go into that now. If you're thinking "I'm a really great friend of Tasha's, but I don't know what to get that sweet angelic girl," here are a few top notch ideas:
A boyfriend
A Honda shadow
An industrial soft serve ice cream machine
A desire to work out

A bit of sad news-Sharon has stopped taking ambien. No more conversations about nonexistent pet cats, eating popcorn like a lizard, telling my friends that frozen burritos and mac n' cheese are my favorite foods, exposing who her favorite child is, or texting gibberish to random people.
RIP Ambien.

Mother Nature has been a real bitch to me these last few days. I had a cavity filled, my piercing got super infected which caused my piercing to get embedded in my ear, I got a cold, my dear old period stopped by for a visit and I'm working a night shift. I want everyone to know that among these hardships, I am remaining positive, and I turn to Annie for comfort, (talk-sing this) "the sun will come out tomorrow, bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow there will be sun."

Well guys its been supa flyy chit chatting with y'all. LOL. #fun #party #summa
